A starter privacy notice for the TEAM AIR recruitment application system.
This document is a starting template for TEAM AIR. It is not legal advice and should be replaced with TEAM AIR's finalized privacy wording and contact details before launch.
Information collected
Recruitment applications may collect the information entered into the application form, including name, preferred name, age, country, timezone, Discord username, email, social links, position, game, availability, previous experience and application responses.
Why it is collected
The information is collected to review recruitment applications, contact applicants and manage TEAM AIR recruitment decisions.
Who can access it
Authorized TEAM AIR recruitment and administrative personnel may access applications through the protected recruitment dashboard. Application notifications may also be sent to TEAM AIR's configured Discord recruitment webhook.
Discord notification
When an application is submitted, selected application information is sent server-side to the Discord webhook configured in DISCORD_WEBHOOK_URL. The webhook URL is never exposed to the public website.
Database storage
Applications are stored in Cloudflare D1 when configured. TEAM AIR should define its final retention period and deletion process before launch.
Applicant rights
TEAM AIR should provide a verified contact method for applicants who want to request access, correction or deletion of their application information, subject to applicable law and the organization's final policy.
